At the Forge Smokehouse and Grill, you can look forward to leisurely feasting on homemade dishes made from scratch on-site. At the Forge we have a genuine love for hospitality and will make your special occasion memorable. We grow as much of our own produce as possible and use the best meat, fish and vegetables, which are marinated, slow-cooked and dressed in the house's own secret seasoning. Even the ketchup, butter and condiments are homemade.
